Job Summary
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while traveling to various store locations. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail to meet productivity goals that drive performance-based pay increases. Lead by example and demonstrate core values of Spirit and Integrity during extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Work quickly in a fast-paced environment while bending, kneeling, or climbing ladders as needed. Earn up to $2.00 additional hourly pay within the first six months based on accuracy and productivity. No inventory experience required; training is provided for all candidates.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Climbing ladders when needed
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
