Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision while following a clear, consistent workflow across multiple locations. Move between inventory sites, often standing or walking for extended periods, and frequently use ladders or squat to access low-level items. Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs and operate handheld scanners or count tools. Meet daily performance goals to qualify for productivity-based wage increases up to $5.00. This role requires standing for prolonged periods, repetitive hand motions, and occasional travel via car or plane, including overnight stays. No degree or prior inventory experience is required; training is provided for those new to the field.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
