Job Summary
Count and record inventory with precision using handheld scanners or count tools, moving between locations while standing or walking for extended periods. Follow a clear, consistent workflow to meet daily performance goals, maintaining focus and attention to detail throughout shifts. Perform repetitive motions and squat, kneel, or crouch as needed, occasionally using a ladder and lifting items up to 25 lbs. Travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays, to support inventory operations. Join a supportive team where accuracy and consistency drive productivity-based wage increases up to $5.00 in the first six months.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
