Count and record inventory with precision by following a clear, consistent workflow while moving between locations, often standing or walking for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals to qualify for productivity-based wage increases up to $5.00 over six months. Maintain reliable attendance and focus on accuracy while occasionally using ladders, squatting, or lifting items up to 25 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
