Job Summary
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to various retail locations to complete tasks and meet productivity goals that drive performance-based pay increases. Spend shifts standing, walking, and performing physical activities such as bending, kneeling, and lifting items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on accuracy and productivity, with additional earning opportunities available. No inventory experience required; training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Climbing ladders when needed
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
