Job Summary
Create a fun, energetic environment for customers while consistently performing to operational and merchandising standards. Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising, and product flow opportunities. Ensure a basic understanding of footwear, apparel, and accessories. Support superior standards around store cleanliness and safety by acting in accordance with all store policies. Maintain consistent attendance and retail conduct expectations. Perform all retail floor functions including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking, retrieving, merchandising, and unloading shipments. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible scheduling that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to perform all retail floor functions including standing for extended periods, climb ladders, stock/retrieve/ merchandise, and unload shipments
- Able to effectively communicate with employees and customers
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
- Must perform basic retail math and have basic computer skills
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
