Job Summary
Provide detailed product recommendations, assist with equipment fittings, and guide customers through complex purchases to drive sales. Take ownership of specific merchandising sections, ensuring displays are properly stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to company standards. Efficiently process sales, handle returns and exchanges with limited supervision, and resolve minor customer concerns at the register. Participate in inventory counts, help identify discrepancies, and assist with backstock organization, order procurement, and product placement. Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom, and proactively alert leadership to low stock or inventory concerns. This role requires 6+ months of retail experience or progression from Retail Associate I, with a high school diploma preferred. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
