Job Summary
As a Retail Associate II, you will drive selling efforts and customer relationships in Converse stores through exceptional customer service and selling techniques, while supporting merchandising and product flow. You will create a fun, energetic environment for customers, partner with teammates on tasks, and uphold store standards in operations, merchandising, safety, and attendance. You should be coachable, goal- and career-oriented, able to communicate effectively, and comfortable working a schedule that may include day, evening, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of footwear, apparel, and accessories, basic retail math, and basic computer skills will help you excel in a fast-paced team setting.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
