Retail Associate I

Greet customers, answer product questions, and guide purchasing decisions while maintaining a friendly, respectful attitude. Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, folding apparel, and ensuring merchandise areas are clean and visually appealing. Process basic sales transactions, operate the point-of-sale system, and handle returns under supervision. Participate in training sessions to build product knowledge and retail competencies. Support cleanliness standards by sweeping, wiping counters, and managing fitting rooms. Help with receiving shipments, tagging merchandise, and restocking the sales floor as directed. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Promote a positive team environment by assisting peers and accepting direction from leadership. Support special promotions, events, or vendor days as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned to meet business needs. This seasonal entry-level position requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
