Job Summary
Greet customers upon entry, respond to inquiries, and provide outstanding service while maintaining Aviator Nation brand standards. Keep the store clean and folded per company standards, learn product knowledge including SKUs and fit, and operate the cash register to manage financial transactions and balance drawers. Achieve established sales goals while working efficiently during each shift with high energy and punctuality. This role is part of a growing team where you will represent the brand as a communicative, welcoming, and responsive sales professional.
