Job Summary
Greet customers upon arrival, answer product questions, and maintain store cleanliness and fold standards per Aviator Nation guidelines. Operate the cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers while achieving established sales goals. Learn product knowledge including SKUs and fit to provide outstanding customer service and improve engagement. Maintain high energy, punctuality, and excellent communication skills to represent the brand as part of a growing team. Adhere to availability agreements and work efficiently during shifts.
