Retail Associate

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Roles may be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs; model customer experience practices with internal and external customers; promote credit and loyalty programs; accurately ring purchases/returns and manage cash; uphold merchandising procedures; participate in store recovery and safety practices; adhere to labor laws and company policies; and contribute to shrink-reduction goals. Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to lift heavy objects and adapt to changing directions.
