Job Summary
The Retail Associate assists store management by functioning in various roles such as Cashier, Textiles Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, and Rack Runner. Duties include ringing customer orders, sorting products for quality, accepting donations, managing e-commerce merchandise, scanning books, and maintaining sales floor cleanliness. Competencies sought include customer focus, teamwork, ethical conduct, attention to detail, and time management. Physical demands involve lifting 10-50 pounds and managing exposure to moderate noise and temperature variations.
