Retail Associate

Maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for customers while meeting production standards to deliver quality service. Process and price donations in soft lines and hardlines, and assist customers at the Donation Door with material handling, pre-sorting, and movement of goods. Learn daily retail operations to gain skills for future career advancement within the organization. External hiring range is $13.00/hour with no travel required. This role is a vital part of Goodwill's mission to fund community programs through selling donated items, offering a pathway from entry-level to management in retail and human services.
