Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and identifying customer needs while maintaining merchandising standards and inventory accuracy. Support sales goals via effective upselling and cross-selling techniques, manage POS transactions and cash handling with precision, and ensure a clean, organized retail environment. Perform daily restocking, re-merchandising, and cleaning duties to uphold company hospitality and environmental stewardship standards. This full-time seasonal position begins August 2026 at a starting wage of $15.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail experience

- Passion for delivering memorable experiences
- Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
- Ability to work with a diverse team in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Cash handling experience
