Drive sales by executing strategies to hit individual and store targets, maintaining control over discounting, and reconciling cash receipts while monitoring transaction metrics. Uphold high service standards by providing excellent guest experiences, managing customer complaints, and collecting registration cards. Maintain retail integrity through strict visual merchandising, daily stock counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies within 48 hours. Perform store opening and closing procedures, ensure tidy fixtures, and update customer databases daily. Adhere to all company SOPs and Code of Business Conduct while supporting ad hoc reporting tasks as required by Store Managers.
