Job Summary
Retail Associate at Southern Oregon Goodwill® supports store operations, drives sales, and helps enable employment through mission-driven work. Responsibilities include operating the electronic cash register and handling cash/credit/other transactions, preparing cash drawers, receiving and stocking merchandise, conducting quality control, operating department equipment, performing inventories and tracking activities, and assisting GoodWorks staff with client-program work plans under store management. Required Qualifications
- Speak and understand the English language sufficient to read materials, communicate with customers and coworkers
- Able to maintain the physical requirements of the working environment
- Perform simple mathematical calculations
