Job Summary
Retail Associate duties include operating the POS terminal and giving correct change, maintaining the sales floor, stocking and organizing merchandise, sorting donations, pricing items, and issuing tax receipts. The role requires customer service, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
