Job Summary
Retail Associate handles customer purchases, operates a POS terminal, counts back change, maintains the sales floor, stocks and prices donations, and assists donors with tax receipts. Responsibilities include operating the cash register, processing card payments, ensuring an orderly cash-wrap area, sorting and pricing donated merchandise, lifting heavy loads (up to 100 lbs. occasionally), and delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced store environment. The role offers full-time benefits and requires flexibility for weekends/evenings; training is provided. The employer is Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana and is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
