Job Summary
Conduct daily retail operations by serving consumers, guiding them to appropriate gear, and maintaining store standards through product knowledge and attention to detail. Manage flexible scheduling across day, evening, weekends, and holidays while meeting performance goals and building team connection. Demonstrate integrity and reliability in every interaction, adhering to physical requirements for bending, squatting, and standing during extended periods. Complete an online personality assessment as part of the application process to demonstrate behavioral preferences relevant to the role.
