Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team committed to excellence. Operate electronic cash registers, handle cash and charge transactions, and prepare cash drawers. Receive, sort, price, and rotate retail stock while conducting quality control and performing inventories. Assist GoodWorks staff with implementing work plans and guidelines as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Speak and understand the English language sufficient to read materials, communicate with customers and coworkers.
- Able to maintain the physical requirements of the working environment.
- Perform simple mathematical calculations.
- Must regularly lift, carry, and/or move up to 20 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to push/pull and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience that would lend itself to good customer service is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a retail or comparable environment is preferred.
