Retail Associate

Greet customers, answer product questions, and suggest alternatives while achieving sales goals through knowledgeable and efficient service. Cut and pack orders, process point-of-sale entries, and handle payments. Receive deliveries, rotate stock, and maintain seafood display cases to ensure sanitation and maximum shelf life. Perform housekeeping, merchandising, and station cleanup duties. Manage telephone calls, organize workflow, and report safety or quality concerns to supervisors. Follow all safety policies and procedures.
