Respond to customer inquiries about product features, benefits, and availability while making compelling recommendations. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety by retrieving merchandise and restocking the sales floor. Perform all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, including processing sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting consumers to the loyalty program. Receive, handle, and replenish incoming and outgoing product flow to contribute to store profitability. Work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends.
