Job Summary
Greet customers on the sales floor, drive sales through engagement and suggestive selling, and maintain a neat sales floor by folding, hanging, and displaying garments. Keep clientele informed of current promotions and future merchandise while responding to questions and administering financial transactions via cash, gift cards, and credit. Assist with inventory including receiving and stocking merchandise, and alert management of potential security issues. Perform duties as assigned while handling physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals
- Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required
- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
- Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year+ of retail experience
