Job Summary
Assists Shop Manager with shop operations, greets customers on the sales floor, and determines merchandise needs. Displays and suggests selections, demonstrates product use, and wraps items for customers. Manages inventory, requisitions stock, and processes special orders and reservations. Handles returns, opens and closes computers, and prepares daily sales recaps. Answers telephone inquiries and researches availability using the database.
