Job Summary
Operate the sales floor to ensure a great shopping experience, provide consistent customer service, cashiering, and merchandising while adhering to store policies. Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work environment; assist with stock replenishment, monitor fitting rooms, and transport merchandise as needed. Demonstrate knowledge of products, promotions, and tagging system, adapt to changing store needs, handle cash per guidelines, report theft or safety concerns, and collaborate with management and teammates in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of six months retail experience is helpful
- Scheduling flexibility and evenings and weekend availability
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
- Basic math skills
- Adherence to consistent attendance and weekly hours expectations defined by DoL status (full-time/part-time/seasonal)
