Retail Associate

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions regarding product features, benefits, and availability; engage with shoppers to understand their needs and make compelling product recommendations. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety while retrieving merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or inventory locations. Perform all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting consumers to the loyalty program. Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow. Work in an active environment requiring the ability to constantly move about and frequently adjust items weighing up to 40 lbs. Maintain a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends.
