Respond to consumer inquiries about product features, benefits, and availability while making compelling recommendations. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety by retrieving and restocking merchandise from the sales floor and inventory locations. Perform all required cash register transactions, including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connections, efficiently and accurately. Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow. Work in an active environment requiring the ability to move constantly and handle items weighing up to 40 lbs. Maintain a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally based on location-specific business trends.
