Job Summary
Retail Associate responsible for delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences through engaging service, product recommendations, and efficient checkout while upholding visual merchandising standards and store procedures. Key duties include answering customer questions, processing sales, returns, and exchanges, assisting loyalty program enrollment, replenishing stock, maintaining cleanliness and safety, handling product flow, and supporting store leadership to meet profitability and service goals. Requires strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork, with experience using POS systems and retail software; available for a flexible part-time schedule and must be at least 16 years old.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization
- Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems, and various other retail software tools
