Job Summary
Conduct exceptional customer service by answering product inquiries, making recommendations, and managing checkout transactions. Maintain store standards through visual merchandising, restocking inventory, and ensuring sales floor cleanliness. Process cash register operations including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connections while supporting store leadership. Retrieve merchandise from various locations to replenish shelves and contribute to store profitability. Requires 16+ years of age, flexible schedule availability, and POS system skills.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization
- Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems, and various other retail software tools
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends or forecasts
