Respond to consumer questions regarding product features, benefits, and availability while demonstrating merchandise and making suitable recommendations. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety by retrieving and stocking merchandise from the sales floor or inventory locations. Perform all required cash register transactions efficiently, including sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting consumers to the loyalty program. Replenish and process incoming and outgoing product flow to contribute to store profitability. Work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends.
