Job Summary
Manage sales floor operations by answering customer inquiries, making product recommendations, and ensuring visual merchandising standards. Execute checkout transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges while handling inventory replenishment and product flow. Respond to consumer questions regarding features and availability, demonstrating merchandise to meet individual needs. Perform physical tasks moving items up to 40 lbs and maintain store cleanliness and safety. Work a flexible schedule that changes seasonally to support location-specific business trends.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule
- Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems
- Skill operating various other retail software tools
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization
