Job Summary
Ensure exceptional in-store experiences by responding to customer inquiries, demonstrating merchandise, and making product recommendations. Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and safety while retrieving and stocking inventory from the sales floor. Perform all cash register transactions, including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connections, efficiently and accurately. Contribute to store profitability by managing incoming and outgoing product flow. Work in an active environment requiring physical movement and the ability to handle items up to 40 lbs. Requires 16+ years of age, flexible schedule availability, and skills operating POS systems.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization
- Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems, and various other retail software tools
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends or forecasts
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
