Respond to consumer inquiries about product features, benefits, and availability while demonstrating merchandise and making personalized recommendations. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety by retrieving and stocking items from the sales floor and inventory locations. Process all cash register transactions efficiently, including sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting customers to the loyalty program. Manage incoming and outgoing product flow to contribute to store profitability. Work a flexible retail schedule that changes seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends.
