Retail Associate

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions regarding product features, benefits, and availability; engage with shoppers to understand their needs and demonstrate merchandise. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety while retrieving merchandise from the sales floor or stock room. Perform all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting customers to the loyalty program. Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow. Work in an active environment requiring the ability to move constantly and handle items weighing up to 40 lbs.
