Job Summary
Conduct exceptional customer service by answering product inquiries, making recommendations, and managing checkout transactions. Maintain store standards through visual merchandising, restocking inventory, and ensuring sales floor cleanliness. Process incoming and outgoing product flow to support store profitability while adhering to safety protocols. Engage with consumers to understand needs and demonstrate merchandise features. Work flexible retail schedules in an active environment requiring physical movement and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems, and various other retail software tools
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends or forecasts
Desired Qualifications
- 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization
