Retail Associate

Ensure exceptional in-store experiences by responding to customer inquiries, demonstrating merchandise, and making product recommendations. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety while retrieving and stocking items. Perform all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connections. Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, and replenishing incoming and outgoing product flow. Operate Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems and various retail software tools. Work in an active environment requiring the ability to move constantly and handle items weighing up to 40 lbs. Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally.
