Responsibilities include processing intake forms and entering data into company databases, verifying patient purchase limits, handling customer inquiries via calls or emails, managing patient records, fulfilling orders, promoting products, and maintaining integrity and trust around products. Requires 1-3 years retail experience, MED badge, strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail operation
- experience with point of sale systems
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- MED badge required
- excellent written and verbal communication in English
