Job Summary
Drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience from check-in to check-out by demonstrating exceptional cannabis product knowledge and providing guidance. Perform all retail tasks including customer intake, POS transactions, inventory management, and ID checks while maintaining accurate records. Support store operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the environment remains clean, organized, and fully stocked. Adhere to SOPs, compliance regulations, and internal processes to uphold operational excellence. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Experience with cash handling and Point-of-Sales systems
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to deescalate and resolve customer concerns
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive work environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to have a high stress tolerance and be flexible and adaptable
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to use hands to perform manual tasks
- Ability to use computer equipment such as POS and email
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to speak and communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc.
