Job Summary
Guide patients with medical marijuana needs to ensure they receive the correct medication for their specific illness. Complete intake forms and paperwork, then enter all information into ADILAS and the MMJ database. Confirm patient purchase limits prior to consultation and manage patient records through the database. Respond to customer calls or emails regarding products, training, and general information. Fulfill customer orders and promote Patriot Care products while maintaining high integrity. Requires full-time work including weekends at $16.50/hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Two years of direct customer service experience
- Experience with Point-of-Sales systems
- Understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook
- Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to use hands to perform manual tasks
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to speak and communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc.
