Retail Associate - Cashier (Trussville)

Greet every customer with respect, optimism, and joy while answering questions and assisting with needs throughout the store. Move customers through checkout efficiently, operating the point-of-sale system and handling cash and credit transactions accurately. Complete opening and closing checklist procedures, maintain a clean workspace and retail floor, and stock shelves and racks to organize merchandise. Escalate complex service issues to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager and share the organization's vision and mission with shoppers. Work 8–40 hours per week with minimal local travel to a monthly staff meeting.
