Job Summary
Greet customers upon entry, provide expert product recommendations, and process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately using the POS system. Verify government-issued IDs for all age-restricted products, maintain a clean and organized storefront, and assist with receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and organizing the humidor. Stay alert to store activity to minimize shrinkage and ensure a safe environment. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and the ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
