Job Summary
Retail Associate / Budtender at Embr Springfield — Full-time role in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. Help customers find cannabis products, educate guests on cannabis products and consumption methods, create an exceptional customer experience from check-in through checkout, process transactions using a POS system, assist with merchandising, inventory, and store organization, and follow state regulations and compliance requirements. Strong customer service mindset and reliability required; candidate should be capable of working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. No dispensary experience required if you have solid retail or customer service experience.
