Job Summary
Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships by creating an optimal balance of sales and service. Seamlessly own or escalate invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations to enable an exceptional shopping experience. Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, while collaborating with Business Support partners to lead the department's daily function. Enable progressive career development for the store roster and align with corporate objectives through strategic collaboration.
