Job Summary
Lead the boutique team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships by creating an optimal balance of sales and service. Seamlessly own or escalate invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations to enable an exceptional shopping experience. Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives while enabling progressive career development for your roster. Collaborate strategically with Business Support partners to lead the department's day-to-day function and align with corporate objectives. This role is part of Aritzia's growing Boutique Management Department, dedicated to flawlessly delivering on Sales, Floor, Business, and People Management to exceed daily goals.
