Job Summary
Lead the boutique team to sell merchandise, deliver exceptional client experiences, and build loyal relationships while managing daily sales and service performance. Own invisible operational details across people, clients, product, space, risk, and operations to enable an exceptional shopping experience. Create an optimal balance of sales and service by deploying the right staff at the right time. Manage day-to-day retail operations to support business objectives, enable progressive career development for the roster, and collaborate with business support partners to execute departmental functions.
