Job Summary
Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships by creating an optimal balance of sales and service. Seamlessly own or escalate invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations to enable an exceptional shopping experience. Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience. Collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners to lead the day-to-day function of the department while supporting corporate objectives.
