Job Summary
Support the Service Counter and Atelier teams to enable efficient, elevated client experiences. Curate merchandise assortments, strategically place product on the sales floor, and maintain seamless retail environments. Welcome clients, match them with products, and process transactions accurately while packaging items for an Everyday Luxury opening experience. Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments between the DC, boutiques, and clients to uphold product display standards. Deliver world-class styling expertise and build deep, personalized connections to enhance client loyalty and affinity.
