Job Summary
Manage demand forecasts and approve sales orders to ensure inventory health and alignment with retailer requirements. Collaborate with supply chain, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational discrepancies and optimize fulfillment rates. Conduct regular sales performance analysis by account and product category, building weekly and monthly reports to track sell-through and inventory turns. Support trade promotions by ensuring accurate stock availability and partnering with marketing to optimize product placement. Leverage data systems and automation tools, including SQL and AI workflows, to streamline reporting and drive operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail, CPG, sales operations, demand planning, or analytics
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong communicator capable of interfacing with vendors, retailers, and cross-functional teams
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges
