Job Summary
Deliver total customer satisfaction by engaging, educating, and entertaining consumers through the end-to-end store journey. Achieve personal KPIs while maintaining commercial performance and adhering to company policies and procedures. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met within the store. Perform other duties as required from the management team. This role operates on an 8-hour schedule including weekends and holidays for a retail associate at New Balance in Swindon.
